Supportive living communities provide alternative housing opportunities, appropriate for many seniors who choose not to live alone. In this setting residents can take advantage of a full range of services and amenities that will make life easy going and carefree. Retirement is not about paying taxes, mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, home maintenance or preparing meals. At Concord Place we take care of these worries and encourage a happy, healthy, social environment.
Supportive living is a program designed to provide additional assistance as the activities of daily living become more challenging. Services include help with dressing, bathing and grooming, medication reminders. and personal laundry among other things.
Your service plan is individualized to match your needs. You will always feel confident, comfortable and cared for. Your out-of-pocket monthly rental fees are determined by your need and subsequent approval for the State of Illinois Supportive Living Program. We have staff available to answer any Questions about Qualifications and application process.
