Supportive Living Suites
Each of our Supportive Living suites offers a private, comfortable retreat with a cozy bedroom, a full bath, and a convenient kitchenette featuring both a microwave and refrigerator, giving you the freedom to unwind and feel at home in your own space.
What is Supportive Living at Concord Place?
Supportive living housing is a program designed to provide additional assistance as the activities of daily living become more challenging. Services include help with dressing, bathing, and grooming, medication reminders, and personal laundry, among other necessities.
Our dedicated team members will always see to it that you feel confident, comfortable, and well cared for. Personalized senior care plans are tailored to match our residents’ unique needs.
Out-of-pocket monthly rental fees are determined by your needs and subsequent approval for the State of Illinois Medicaid Supportive Living Program.
