What to Expect During Your Tour
1. Welcome
With your first steps into Concord Place, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly staff. We will provide an introduction and have a brief chat with you to discover what you’re looking for in a community. We will gather details about what type of senior living amenities you’re interested in, and where you are in the process of searching for the perfect Chicago retirement community for you.
2. Guided Walk
Next, we’ll take a guided walk through the community, including our many vibrant common areas: arts & crafts rooms, billiard room, chapel, convenience store, exercise room, library, lounge, heated indoor pool, movie theater, outdoor spaces and dining room. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the different apartment styles offered in our private living spaces.
3. Dine With Us *optional
After your tour, we offer an optional lunch or dinner in our elegant dining hall. We welcome you to enjoy a meal prepared by the chefs at Concord Place. We know how important it is for your next home to have a variety of delicious, healthy foods — and there’s no better way to experience it than to dine with us.

Yes, we offer a 360° virtual tour on our website to provide a walkthrough of our senior living community. We know an in-person visit isn’t always possible for out-of-town relatives and prospective residents, and this virtual tour offers a look into the many benefits of life at Concord Place. Enjoy!

Our Independent Living Suites are ideal for senior adults who are looking for a vibrant, safe place to thrive in their golden years, without the stress and hassle of home ownership. Supportive Living at Concord Place is equivalent to assisted living. These apartments can be paid by Medicaid, unlike private-pay independent living; however, Concord Place does not offer skilled nursing services.
