Independent Living at Concord Place is a residential option for older adults who want to enjoy the benefits of a senior living community, without need for daily assistance from a care team. It is designed for seniors who are largely self-sufficient and removes the hassles of home ownership. Our residents keep their independence and privacy while trading yard work, home repairs, and errands for more time with neighbors, hobbies, and family.
Concord Place residents have access to more than 30,000 square feet of shared space for hobbies and gathering, including these Independent Living amenities:

The Monthly Activities Calendar fills up with cocktail parties, social hours, and regularly scheduled outings, so there’s always something on the schedule for our senior living residents to enjoy.

- Around-the-clock concierge staffing;

Concord Place offers Independent Living with Care Services for residents who want more support than what is offered in a standard Independent Living setting. This option brings home health care support directly into a resident’s suite, along with physicians and specialists who make on-site visits multiple times each week. Adding Care Services allows Independent Living residents to keep their existing suite and routine, while adding help for specific needs.
